The first 3 decades of my life I lived in the Netherlands, in January 2009 I moved to Norway. All in a great adventure to see how it is to live abroad. Because I have a specifically Dutch name it's kind of hard for the non-Dutch speaking to pronounce it. After seeing people struggle with it, I decided take on a company name and now I'm that guy from Leodesk!

And now where did I come up with the name Leodesk?:

The name Leodesk is a combination of the following two words:

• Leo, which means lion and is my last name in Dutch (leeuwen = lions);
• and the word desk, as in "User desktop" which is my focus in business.
